First, you should reduce your rice consumption and other food which have high carbohydrate. Second, you should reduce the meat consumption. Meat is not lower cholesterol diet, but meat is claimed as food which has high calorie so that it will be bad for your diet program. If you want to fulfill your animal protein necessity, you can choose fish to be consumed. And then, you have to drink a lot of glasses of pure water. Pure water has a lot of advantages for our body such as helping air circulation and digestion inside our body. Pure water will be able to make you feel so full so that you don’t have any desire to eat more food or snack. Third, you should drink more milk. There are many people think that milk is not lower cholesterol diet and it will be bad for diet program. Even though milk also has some fat, milk’s fat will not make obesity. But you still have to choose the right milk. You should not choose sweetened milk if you are in diet program. Low fat milk is recommended.

Fourth, other lower cholesterol diet is fruit and vegetable. Those two foods are very good to support your diet program. Fruit and vegetable has a lot of fiber, vitamin, and mineral inside. Fifth, you should prevent eating fried and oily food. For breakfast menu, you can eat sandwich instead of rice plus pure water or low fat milk. Those are good lower cholesterol diet for you. For afternoon, you can eat six spoons of rice, vegetable, two glasses of pure water, and fish. If you are not used to eat this lower cholesterol diet portion because the portion is too small, you can eat an apple or watermelon for addition.
